1. Description of Service

Spooky2 Companion is an educational companion application for Spooky2 and Hulda Clark frequency therapy hardware. It provides guided setup walkthroughs, a searchable database of frequency programs, a session timer, protocol tracking tools, and an AI assistant ("Dr. Resonance"). The app is designed to help you understand and use your Spooky2 hardware — it does not control, diagnose, or treat any medical condition.

2. Not Medical Advice

Spooky2 Companion is an educational tool, not a medical device or medical advice. The frequency programs, AI assistant responses, and all content in this app are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or interacted with in this app.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you input into the app.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for your use of any Spooky2 hardware in conjunction with this app.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app's services.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Premium Purchase & Payments

• Premium access is offered as a one-time purchase of $49.99 USD, granting lifetime access to all premium features.
• Payments are processed securely by Wix / Base44 Payments. We do not store your card details.
• Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to all premium features upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once premium access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using premium features, please contact support and we will work to resolve it.
• Prices are subject to change, but any purchase you make at the displayed price will be honored.

5. AI Assistant (Dr. Resonance)

The Dr. Resonance AI assistant uses a third-party large language model to generate responses. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by an automated system and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI responses are not medical advice and should not be relied upon for health decisions.
• Your chat messages are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. Do not share sensitive personal information you would not want transmitted to a third party.
• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated content.
• AI usage is metered: premium access includes a monthly allowance of AI chats, and optional paid top-up packs add extra chats that do not expire.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spooky2 Companion and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Spooky2 Companion. Frequency program data is compiled from publicly available Spooky2 databases and frequency therapy research. Royal Rife and Hulda Clark are credited as foundational figures in the field of frequency therapy. All trademarks and brand names are property of their respective owners and are referenced for educational purposes only.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's sidebar menu. Upon deletion, your account, session logs, schedules, favorites, and personal data are permanently removed. Premium access purchased prior to deletion is non-transferable and is removed with your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
