Spooky2 Companion ("we," "us," or "the app") is an interactive educational guide for Spooky2 frequency therapy hardware. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: Your email address and display name, used to identify your account and authenticate you, together with the content you create and save inside your account — your session logs, protocol schedules, and favorites — which is kept so the app can show it back to you.
Health and wellness data: The session logs you create can include how you felt before and after a session, notes on your symptoms, reactions or outcomes, whether an ailment resolved, and which frequency program you ran. This is self-reported wellness information that you choose to enter — it is stored in your account only so you can track your own progress, and it is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared except as described in section 3 (for example, health details you type into a Dr. Resonance chat are sent to the AI provider to generate the reply).
Payment data: When you purchase Premium, your checkout session ID, order ID, and transaction status are stored to fulfill your purchase. Your payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Wix/Base44 Payments) and are never seen by or stored in our app.
Usage data: Activity on your account — how many Dr. Resonance chats you have used this month, so the monthly allowance can be applied, and which education articles you have opened. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
To authenticate you and provide access to your personal data (logs, schedules, favorites).
To process your Premium purchase and unlock paid features on your account.
To send each Dr. Resonance message you write to a third-party AI provider so it can generate the reply. Messages are not saved as a chat history on your account.
To improve the app's features, stability, and user experience.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share data with the following third parties only as needed to provide the app's services:
AI / LLM Provider: Your Dr. Resonance chat messages are sent to a large language model provider to generate AI responses. Do not share information you would not want sent to a third-party AI service.
Wix / Base44 Payments: Your email and purchase details are shared with our payment processor to complete checkout and verify payment. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment processor.
Hosting & Infrastructure: Your data is stored on the app's backend infrastructure provider, which acts as a data processor under our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Your session logs, schedules, and favorites remain associated with your account until you delete them or delete your account. Dr. Resonance chat messages are not kept as a saved history on your account: they are processed to generate each reply. Payment records are retained as needed for legal and accounting requirements.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to:
Access your personal data through the app's features (session logs, schedules, favorites).
Delete individual records at any time using the in-app delete controls.
Delete your entire account at any time from the app's sidebar menu ("Delete account"). This permanently removes your account, session logs, schedules, favorites, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
Revoke consent for AI chat by simply not using the Dr. Resonance feature.
